Hey Adriene, I just started out a few months ago and have been off and on the ma, but let me say this: it's made me discover a part of myself that I didn't know existed, or maybe I had just forgotten. Either way, tonight…at midnight, I feel strong, with more peace, and an internal energy that I can FEEL….and maybe I feel a tad sore ;P but in a good way. 🙂 Thank you, Adriene, for making these wonderful videos.   2. my mind is tired after I do your practice. I think you talk more than you do. I have watched and done many of your sequences, they are good. I wish there was less talking.
    Too much stream of consciousness in a practice where conscious should be focused on the body at that moment.

  4. How often should I be switching videos? Do a particular video for a week at a time? Bit worried about only focusing on certain muscle groups and allowing the ones that aren't used too much in this video to grow weak.

  5. I LOVE this video… One I keep coming back to again and again…. I've been practicing with Adrienne for 6 months now……And I've been working on building arm strength for Crow Pose. Today, I did this practice on my back deck. 78 unseasonably warm degrees in suburban Philadelphia today and I got a crazy sweat in! Thanks again Adrienne, and also to Weight Watchers since I am now down 20 pounds and have a  VERY healthy BMI of 24!!!!
