Today in the Yoga For Weight Loss Series, we strengthen and lengthen the body in a vinyasa flow practice. Who said a workout has to be harsh and unloving? Let’s see if we can marry our breath and our bodies together in a way that feels good. Work out! Bliss OUT!

Peace out.

  1. I love your videos but I was wondering if you could make one with wrist modifications. I know essentially the modification to make but it effects the whole position. I’m double jointed so that much pressure is super painful on my wrists.

  2. If I'm trying to lose weight do you think I should just stick to the yoga for weight loss series? Or will all the videos help me lose weight? Most of the videos really make me sweat tbh but Im just curious what will help me most

  3. YESTERDAY was my last bit of freestyling before the True Yoga Journey …

I had discovered the weight loss sessions a few days ago and I had promised myself to do three days of them but I couldn't find number 1 or 2 in the series, but this one was just right for my day.

I came to the mat after a home workout and I was in a really good frame of mind. I always come to the mat with a clear head with the thought of having half an hour to myself where I don't have to think about what is going on in my life. I think because of this, I always feel really good afterwards and I try and bring this into my daily life but it just doesn't seem to work.

I don't know what it is, but my yoga journey has to be the best thing I have done for myself in a very long time as it has made me realise that I need time out for myself and some times 30 minutes is not long enough.

I have to confess, when the session ends I am up and going. I should take some extra time to just chill out instead of being up and going so this month, I will be allowing more time on the mat at the end just to focus on myself …

  4. Still my favourite yoga practitioner online. She also looks so very good and love this particular outfit. She is especially good at keeping her sequences very calm and yet still give sufficient explanation to follow without too much extra effort!!

  5. This flow was a wonderful way to start the day. Its also remarkable to watch how your on camera presence and comfort has evolved over the last couple of years. Keep doing a great job bringing yoga and peace to the world!

  6. Am i the only one who is bothered by the fact that she starts with the right leg and then repeats the same thing with the left one and in the end starts up by lifting the right leg but never repeats it with the left one after that? I love this flow but this one thing bothers me throughout the video 🙁
