Transformation is not about becoming something you are not. It is about coming back to your true self. That is the beauty of Yoga and integrating the principles of yoga into your work out. All yoga is yoga for weight loss – in a way – because it’s all about awareness and loving yourself. This yoga practice gets FIERY with a focus on opening in the hips, stretching the hamstrings, a core connect and some neck and shoulder love. This was a big request from the kula (community) so we are back after a month long break with a nice full sequence to connect your mind your soul and to work that body! Be mindful, move with your breath and enjoy!

  1. Hi Adrienne, I was diagnosed in May with stage 4 lung cancer. I have had radiation treatments and luckily on a targeted therapy treatment. I was struggling with anxiety and wanted something relaxing. I googled videos for anxiety and up you popped. I probably started working out with your videos in June. Since then I have tried different ones over the past 6 months. When I felt I had graduated from one, I would try another. Today I tried this one and it was awesome like all of the videos I have worked out with. I didn't know you had voice surgery. One of the reasons why I love your videos is because of your beautiful and calming voice. I have shared this video with half a dozen of my friends now. The workouts help set up my mind and my body for the rest of the day. Thanks so much for your videos. Have a blessed day.

  2. Well, dang. Today is the day I finally did a yogi squat with my heels on the ground. I've heavy squatted to parallel and done mobility exercises for a long time, but getting my butt down with my heels planted was always juuuuuust out of reach. I've been following these videos for about four months and have seen small improvements, but this is far beyond what I expected to be able to do. It's AMAZING. Thank you, Adriene.

  4. I have been following the Yoga with Adriene channel since 2014(I THINK is when I discovered this!) I love it and it's changed my entire world in the best way. I was digging around seeing if there might be something in the comments and hopefully this hasn't been a question posed numerous times. I think I've been over-doing some poses and or doing them incorrectly and have somehow developed some sharp hip pains. I have no idea what changed in my practice these days to cause this. I was wondering if anyone out there in the community has any advice for how I can mend this and prevent it in the future? I've read some comments that I resonate with where I really don't want to stop doing yoga in anyway shape or form and do it more than once daily. Any help out there would be super wonderful! 🙂 <3 Thank you!

  5. Adrienne, this was a challenging video for me at a few parts in the video. But I gave myself the patience and time that I deserve and I made it through. I feel so accomplished right now and I know i'll be a little bit some tomorrow. I would rather do 1 million of your videos then ever suffer through another monotonous cardio gym workout again. I enjoy your videos and I wish you the best in life.

  6. Perfect. Not easy at all. No pose is easy if focusing on it. This is Day 95 for me. Did 30 day challenge, Yoga Revolution and Yoga Camp. Currently finished day 4 of 11 day yoga for weight loss playlist someone made. Not sure after that. Like a list vs aimlessly choosing each day so thinking I'll go back to 30 day challenge.

  9. I have followed the “fetching tuti space” for a couple of weeks and i also have lost 12 pounds by now. It is certainly the easiest diet plan to follow I have ever tested out. You need to google the “fetching tuti space” to discover more!

  10. My fellow workers all follow the “fizy unique plan” (Google it) and they have shed between 9 and 13 lbs each so far. Right after hearing about their results, I decided to research this plan on google for myself, and I dropped fat myself as soon as I started out following the “fizy unique plan”.

  11. hi adriene, is this sequence is one of yoga for weight loss? I am a fan of your playlists, keep coming back almost everyday! Hee yooo! I especially love the weight loss series, but I only find 8 of your video in that playlist (you know, if I click straight on to the playlist button and go to the weight loss playlist), and this one is not on that list. Just a friendly reminder, if that's the case. Hopefully I can come up to my dream body like yours soon!
