  6. I remember doing this a few months ago. I stopped yoga for a month and came back to it. I've really increased my strength overtime. It's amazing. My goal is to do this exercise daily 5 times per week until I can master it and memorize this. I cannot wait.

  7. Not at all a workout. More like a like stretch pulling in your core a bit combined with a whole lot of nothing. Very disappointed. I could've just watched TV if I wanted to waste my time and not workout.

  8. Adriene, I started yoga in June of this year when I had a superficial blood clot and have been practicing your bedtime yoga exercises for over a month now. I plan to do this yoga fat burning routine soon. Keep up the good work!!!

  9. Hi Adriene, I like how you teach in a casual and relaxed manner! I am a beginner and try to do everything that you said, but I find that my neck is always tense and painful after I hold my head up for awhile (7:44) (35:13). I didn't really feel my tummy burning but my neck is definitely working, and I know it isnt right. Can I have some advice please?

  10. I'm literally in tears 😭 I've been doing your challenges for two months and I enjoyed them so much. I can really see how much I improved. However, I just couldn't finish this yoga workout with you. It seems so hard because pauses between the positions are prolonged. You say to us to inhale, so I'm standing there, literally holding my breath in not so comfortable position, waiting for you to guide us further and tell us when to exhale. No wonder I'm red as a tomato. This was rather frustrating experience for me 😔 I hope I'll be able to come back to this video one day.
