  1. As a vegan that works out, please more “what I eat in a day” videos! I’m constantly hungry even though I feel like I eat lots of whole food

  2. Hi Sarah !
I wanted you to know that I really enjoy yours videos, and yours recepies that I tried were great !
But today I'm a bit sad seeing you drinking something that you find disgusting, just because maybe it might be good for you someway.
First, from where did you found that drinking apple cider vinegar in the morning will be improving your digestion ? Really, I want to know what is the source of this information. To me, blogs or magazines aren't reliable, and we shouldn't trust it, especially for our heath. Obviously drinking apple cider vinegar won't kill you but I think you get the point ^^
Then, even if it's true, you don't have to do that because it's "healthy". I mean, if you already have a balance diet and if you're not sick, you just don't have to do that to stay healthy. You don't.
If you have a bad digestion, I'm sure you know that going to see a doctor will be more efficient. And if you have'nt, why should you drink that ? ^^
I'm a bit tired of seeing people doing weird things because they were told by another it will be better to their body

So, if I misunderstood something, tell me, or if you really want to keep this habit you can explain me why 🙂
Sorry for my english ( I'm not a native speaker ), and have a nice day 😊

  3. I saw someone say to use cold water, I use hot/warm water and it’s fine. You only need to make sure the rice paper is wet, so just dipping it completely real quick is fine. As for rolling it, fold the paper over the stuff first. So parallel to the ingredients, fold the paper over it tightly— you don’t want to fold the sides in until your paper is folded over your ingredients. Folding it in on the sides is what makes it tighter and more secure. Hope that helps! Love your videos. 🙂

  4. Drinking apple cider vinegar can be bad for your teeth and harmful to your esophagus. There are no proven benifits of ACV. It is very acidic not alkalizing. Additionally, your body regualates itself without intervention to thr optimal ph otherwise all the enzymes in your body would not work.

  5. I don't know how to wrap spring rolls tightly either and I ALWAYS eat too much soup. Your recipes are down-to-earth and delicious, always love your style.

  6. Usually here in Vietnam we put the filling closer to the edge of the rice paper. Also i think your rice papers were too wet. Also i love these healthy easy recipes so much

  7. I think I may just have to try these jackfruit bbq salad rolls. I’m not vegan but you honestly make it look doable and delicious. So kudos to you!

  8. The summer roll looks really good! Don't worry about neatness haha I can't even wrap a tortilla neatly let alone one of those things.

  9. I guess I'm one of those people who love to vinegar, so I've never had a problem with following any advice about consuming it for health benefits.
