This is what I’m eating as a plant based vegan on a high protein low carb & fat diet!!

RECIPIES MENTIONED:

Banana Pancakes:
1 banana
1/2 cup of oats
3 1/2 Tablespoons of almond milk

Lunch:
Firm tofu
Add potatoes and veggies
Sauce of choice!
I used a homemade peanut sauce with PB2, water, & sirracha!

Dinner:
Basically the peanut butter toast and an apple

  1. Dude I'm addicted to peanut butter and I feel like you might be too 😂 literally ADDICTED like I can't go a day without it, I looked it up and it's because I'm restricting fats from my diet so I think if you add some more fats to your diet you won't crave peanut butter so much!! Xx

  2. I just tried the pancakes as a post workout breakfast (added some flax and protein powder) and omg I have to say THANK YOU for such an easy and DELICIOUS recipe!! Although not sure what happened but I struggled with making them into perfect pancakes they fell apart really easily 🙁

  3. Lastly, I have seen a diet plan that is effective for me. I only wish that I had come across this diet plan a long time ago. Make sure you google “sowo amazing plan”! Of all the diet programs in the world, this is the best, I lost 7 pounds.
