  3. I'm really loving your video, I have tried to practice yoga on and off over the years, but never really stuck at it for very long. I will be 50 this year and I have gained more weight, due to the menopause. I don't want to go to the gym anymore, as I know I won't keep it up, so your video is a great introduction for me to get back in to yoga and continue for the rest of my life. I have a touch of sciatica and slightly weak hip joints, but I didn't find your workout too difficult for me. The workout goes very quickly, and at first it doesn't feel very strenuous, but later on and the next day I really felt that my muscles had been given a good workout. I will definitely keep this up, thank you for sharing.

  4. Hello, i found your channel. I'm following one of your videos for my back. But today i was searching a proper weight loss yoga sequence for my mom. Stumbled onto this video. But don't know if she can Or should do this. See my mom had a car accident, fractured the neck and shaft of right femur, tibia fibula of left leg one year 7 days ago. Now she can walk, her right leg had shortened during the recovery. She's gaining weight, so i was thinking about introducing yoga to her. If you could advice which pose she should try at first or if there's any particular video you have in your channel, it would help a lot. I'll really be grateful to you. Thanks.
