I'm in thank you for your real words it means lots definitely needed this ps my wedding is coming up next month in February but I and my future husband really aiming to eat healthy for are intire family we do buy lots of organic ingredients but lacking to stay eating healthy by eating out but thank you again

  2. it works I started it in Nov my doctor told me I had to lose weight because of my health I lost 15lbs so far I don't eat meat only seafood water only veggies fruits no junk food I don't eat after 6pm and start eating at 9pm I started weight 298 last weigh in was 285 in Dec my next doctor appt is mon then I see how much I lost I havenot worked out yet but will start this week tanks for your page you keep it real gyal sorry I didn't make the list but I'm doing on my own gwud luck everyone much love Blessings

  4. You are beautiful and you're losing that's great but, you're also still pretty big. Try water fasting. It will do a lot for you fast. I lost 10 pounds in one week. I'm not and never have been as large as you but I have been 215 pounds at my largest. I have never tried anything that worked like a water fast. Try it. Don't believe the hype about not eating making you gain. It's healthy. It's not starvation. The body can go 150 days without food before it begins to go into starvation mode and becomes unhealthy. Research it first then try it for 3 days. The next month do 5 days. The next month 7 days and so on until you can do 20 days. You'll thank me if you do. You look great. Keep up the good work Ms. Brooklyn and subs.

  5. I love what you're doing. I'm not in the challenge because I'm in my own challenge I'm fasting for almost 60 days. The only thing I have is smoothies and juice no solid food. And this is my second day and I lost 2.8 lb already. I've done something like this before but not on purpose but this time I have planned it. And I lost more then I thought I would. I've tried doing it like this challenge but it was like sticking my tongue out say "nanny nanny boo boo you can eat but not what you want. I hope you and your group do well. We need to show that phat people aren't as lazy as they think and say we are. The more before and after pictures the better.
