  5. I am on a weight loss journey as a 12 year old and I find that very hard during the Christmas season! Luckily Christmas and New Year are over now it's way easier! 😀
    I currently weigh 64.02kg, when I started out I weighed about 65.03kg so there is only a small difference but it's the small things that count.
    My goal is to loose about 15kg. I hope I will keep up my good habits.

  6. Does anybody have any tips for targeting belly fat specifically. I can lost weight and all, but I always seem to lose it from my stomach the slowest, and regardless of how skinny I get I tend to always have a bump.
