    This video was so helpful. It was nice to hear the point about 'is this really the right time of year for you?', I usually feel at my lowest during the December and January. I try to hype myself up along with everyone else to feel my best and be ready to take on the world on January 1st, then when I don't feel it I beat myself up about it. When you feel like everyone else is reinvigorated and killing it it's nice to be reminded that it's just another month, and if you need to take it easy that's ok.

  2. It took me all year and a half to love myself and my body so I'm ready for some weight loss in 2017 for the right reasons!

Unfortunately, right now I can't say that I truly love any part of my body at all but I am making that be my goal and hopefully I can come back to this video and say something about myself that I love 🙂 thanks for your videos always a pleasure to watch and get motivated through your positive messages

    personally i really love my legs, sure they have stretch marks because of recent weight gain but they are still mine 🙂

  5. one thing that i really love about myself would either have to be my smile or the stretch marks on my back because they look like tiger stripes lol. btw your vids are so real and ilysm ❤
