  1. This is a big problem I have. Looks like I need to get myself some of these containers. I actually like veggies but it's usually about 20% of my plate. Thanks for the information!

  2. Love your videos. Been watching them while I prepare my weekly meals. I am trying to manage 3 medical conditions and this is the closest I have ever come to my meal plans set out by my dietitian. Just saying "Thank You" doesn't seem sufficient.

  3. Thanks! This is really helpful! I have a couple of questions:
    1) Is this based on the eyeballing the plate size?
    2) Are frozen veggies an ok substitute for fresh veggies sometimes? I usually eat fresh, but frozen is easier for uni days.
