  2. First thing first I would like to thank The doctor for this video. ( He is absolutely right).I have been a type two diabetic for the past seven years. I have not once taken medication. When I was diagnosed with type two diabetes my life was devastated. But I refuse to take medication. I told my doctor that I would control my diabetes with eating and exercising. About eight months ago I went for a physical. I must admit I went off my diet my sugar went up to 300. Right away my doctor wanted to inject me with insulin I told her no. That I will control it I drink three glasses of water I went to the bathroom at the doctors office when I came back to check my sugar my insulin went down 50 points. I also told my doctor when I come back for my physical three months later she is going to be a maze. I started intermittent fasting and it worked. My sugar is controlled at some times 100 sometime 110. I drink a lot of water. Went I went for my physical my doctor was amazed and told me that she literally said that she is just a cheerleader .

  4. This stuff WORKS!!!!!!!! In mid November 2017 my A1C was over 13 and my blood glucose was 450 mg/dl. I finally found Dr. Fung and began reading his books along with Dr. Mercola's "Fat For Fuel". I decided to go Ketogenic and launch it with an 8 day liquid only fast on December 1st. From Nov 17th I had begun eliminating processed carbs from my diet and got my sugars down to around the 200 mg/dl area just before my keto fasting began. My blood glucose numbers dropped to NORMAL halfway through the first day of fasting and have been normal ever since.   5. I am 35 years old and have been a Type 2 diabetic for 15 years. About 3 years ago, I started having serious diabetic complications and the diarrhea was especially bad and it has caught me in numerous embarrassing situations that I could not control.

  8. So a few weeks back I went for my routine checkup with my Doctor and the results showed I had developed type 2 diabetes. Apparantly I'm a prime candidate for developing it due to my lifestyle.   13. I am a 23 year old male, I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at the age of 12. My body weight have never exceeded 135 pounds, and I am 5'6". Today I feel so much strength and energy. But I have been saved. The earlier you take care of your diabetes, the better.

I watched this video per the recommendation of one of my patients.  Insulin resistance is not the only cause/factor of diabetes.  It tends to be genetic (with lifestyle factors potentially aiding in its development).  A major factor that is being ignored here is the understanding that in type 2 diabetes there is less insulin being produced as well as other physiological factors that are contributing to hyperglycemia.  I have patients that are marathon runners and not overweight that have type 2 diabetes.  Eliminating carbohydrates will not "cure" your diabetes.  In fact, I have had patients who have eliminated carbohydrates completely and their blood sugars have remained high or even elevated further.  My recommendation is to get education from credible sources/providers/educators.  Its not about drug companies and conspiracy theories, its about being healthy and utilizing your body to use the insulin that you are still making the best you can (which often means weight loss if there is even weight to lose and consistent exercise).  I hope this helps.

  16. I was diagnosed with type 2 in Oct. Admitted with 600 bs. Was in the hospital 4 days. When i was released i was at 300. Took insulin for 3 days after that until my bs was below 120. Those 2-3 weeks after that were hell. I felt terrible but i knew it was my body trying to readjust. My doctor wanted to put me.on meds. I refused. I completely changed my diet(alot of fish eggs and vegtables. and began lifting again. Just 2 months later ive dropped like 20+ and i feel awesome. You can beat this by diet and excercise. Its very true. I dropped my bs quickly by fasting btw.
