  1. Wow, this is an amazing journey. I couldn't imagine being that large. I use to be the skinny kid in elementary and some of middle school. Now I feel like my weight is getting out of hand. This is inspiring.

  2. This is so cute.. i've seen many weight loss inspirational videos but this is so cute and so inspiring. There is some one with u joining u on ur journey. I was bullied by my own boyfriend for my heavyweight. This inspired me alot. Thank u. I m starting my weight loss journey from today cutting down unhealthy foods, 1hour fast walking/day, half an hour work out , lots of water and green tea. I m 160 pounds now and my goal is 120 pounds.. thanks again 😊

  3. a year and a half ago I started trying to loose weight. I lost 43 pounds starting weight 250. well I gained it all back. I just weighed 248. Its so discouraging. I'm depressed I'm tired all the time. I feel like everyone is saying I'm fat when I go out. I decided today is the day I make a change. I hope I can do it.

  5. I’m so proud of you!!! I am 15 and I weigh 292 pounds, I just started working out the day before new year and I’ve lost 5 pounds all ready in four day!!! I work out for an hour and 30 minutes and I feel so much better about myself when I know that I put in work.

I read about half of this YESTERDAY, and I can already tell my life will change for the better.
