  1. I mean how can pasta be healthy and bread not. I thought bread was the main reason people were living longer. Both are made from the same ingredients.

  2. I didn't eat bread for a couple of years. Wasn't vegan so I replaced it with rice cakes and cheese. Rice cakes are dry but taste better with cheese. It was fine and I was happy with that. Then I went vegan and rice cakes seemed boring. Nothing to put on it except maybe a slice of bell pepper. After a while I realized that potato chips had replaced my normal source of carbohydrates. Then I thought I might as well start eating bread again.

  3. I went vegan recently, and my FAVORITE lunch lately is hummus and veggies on whole wheat bread! The 21 Whole Grains and Seeds bread from Dave's Killer Bread (the one in the green bag!) is absolutely delicious, with tons of omega-3s, plus protein and fiber, and it's non-GMO and oil free! I slather on a good amount of hummus on both slices of bread and then fill the sandwich with cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, and (my favorite part) roasted red peppers. It's both light and super filling and satisfying. I swear I could eat this every day asdfhjkasdf :') <33333333

I make my own spelt wholegrain bread (flour yeast water) and yes i eat it nearly daily in small amounts and it keeps me filled and off of animal products so it is an important part of a vegan diet along with vegetables and fruit/grains etc…My bowel movement is better once/twice daily which considering before i was vegan which was once every two days ! So if you feel the need to keep full because you are constantly hungry then yes bread (in it purest form) is good and better than ice cream or cakes or murdered creatures.

  5. I just don't know what to think of gluten? When I have pizza it makes me feel so dizzy and sick but where as oats and bread I can handle but surely that's no different to dough? I don't know whether to buy gluten free? So frustrating!

  6. I would love it if you did a video on your thoughts on the whole30. I found very few videos on anyone, hmm, criticizing it, so far. and I must be honest and admit that I got sucked into it for 5 days, going back to eating eggs and fish!! (why?) and experienced fatigue and even new and strange pain in the back of my left knee, making me think of thrombosis. all this fat!, and animal protein. help. I am now convinced more than ever that 80/10/10 is for me (and everyone), as I was feeling my best on this lifestyle. thanks for your thoughts/video;)
