  1. I don't recommend counting calories,I used to do that and it became a priority in my life and I had to know every single kcal in my food,then it slowly turned into anorexia,the less calories the better
    So instead of doing that,just eat ealthy most of the time and exercise at least 2 times a week,that's all u need to reach a healthy weight

  2. Losing that last 12 lbs of fat seemed like impossible challenge until I actually tried the “fetching tuti space” (Google it). Lookup the “fetching tuti space” on Google for yourself and see just how easy it can be. You`ll enjoy it, trust me.

  3. OMG I swear everyone says different things. Some youtubers and scientists say that skipping breakfast is good because of fasting and all and then I see this and the first thing is dont skip breakfast. So many mixed sygnals lol.

  4. jesus im just going to get up go on a walk or bike to school eat a healthy breakfast then rest then eat a small but healthy lunch like tuna with no mayo and a banana. then a 4:00 dinner with protein, tea and carbs with veggies and go on a high intensity run.

    Small Healthy Portions+Interval Training(Low and High Intensity Workouts)=Healthy life style.

  5. I don’t recommend counting calories. It can easily become obsessive and they aren’t necessarily indicative of how good a food is for you. Keeping a journal of everything you eat is still a good idea as you have a good overview of what is wrong with your diet and if you’re on the path to fixing it.

  6. Ever since i started this “fetching tuti space” diet (Google it) I`ve shed 18 lbs. It can nothing short of a miracle. I seriously recommend you Google the “fetching tuti space” for your own and try it.
