EGG-cellent Breakfast Sandwich
2 eggs
1/4 avocado
2 pieces of bread (I used grain free, gluten free bread)
salsa or ketchup

Cha Cha Cha Chia Pudding
just under 1 cup of almond milk (chocolate or regular)
1/4 cup chia seeds
stevia or sweetener to taste
*refrigerate overnight or minimum 2 hours

Peanut Butter Parfait
yogurt (Greek or dairy free coconut yogurt)
top with peanut butter or PB2
add coffee beans for an interesting taste hehe 🙂
chia seeds & coconut

Protein Pancakes
3 egg whites
cinnamon
Perfect Fit Protein – Chocolate
3 Tbs almond milk
blend everything together & cook like pancake

Coffee
chocolate almond milk
cinnamon
stevia

  2. Technically an avocado is a pear-shaped fruit with a rough leathery skin, smooth oily edible flesh, and a large stone. Google it.

  3. Putting that in the fridge won't make it pudding. You need to put it in the freezer. My milk is always in the refrigerator but it ain't pudding.

  4. i'm starting my diet cause it's a resolution but i always forget to plan my breakfasts so I always end up eating oatmeal which is good but it gets boring so that you so much for these ideas. Your fitness vids are also my motivation x♥

  5. Nvm you actually knew that but I didn't see that video when you made the protein pancakes with two eggs and one banana so super sorry about that I'm new to your channel so I trying to catch up on all of your videos.

  6. Cambria joy I know a easy way to make protein pancakes and its only involves 2 ingredients and that is 2 eggs and one banana but I did enjoy your videos because some videos that I watch make food that I don't really want to eat but for yours I actually will try some of your recipes.
