MEAL THREE –
Sushi Burrito:
1/2 cup dry rice
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp sesame seeds
2 sheets of Nori
Fillings of choice – I used avocado, cucumber, red pepper, and sriracha tofu
Cook the dry rice according to package instructions. Add to a bowl with a splash of rice vinegar and 1 tsp of sesame seeds, then let cool. Assemble the sushi burrito according to the instructions in the video 🙂
