  1. Hey Tish!! I made the cashew nut sauce with mushrooms and broccoli on spelt pasta and it was REALLY gd. I think the next time I will have to use half of the red pepper flakes. Just a little too spicy for me but still AMAZING!!

  2. I just tried the first dish and it was 🔥. Thanks for making me fall in love with plant based foods again! By the way, how long can you keep the cashew dish in the fridge?

  3. Love this. Thank you for sharing your passion with the world. You have a beautiful soul that shines throughout. You are such a thoughtful and authentic human being and you deserve nothing but the best in your future!

  4. I've made this and it's SOOO delicious. I added nutritional yeast and Bragg's aminos to the cashew sauce instead of salt and tamari.

  5. I make the soup and the cauliflower steaks. They were both delicious but the soup was outstanding. Everyone has to try! Thanks for the recipes.

  6. Ummmm I got a question? Kinda going through the videos I’m not vegan but I been thinking about trying it .. I been staying away from starches cause of course that’s weakness 🍞 sweets period. So if u go vegan u can eat more starches or should I get down first and put the starches in later.. rite now I eat oatmeal in the morning and the rest of the day is salad or of course a meat and a vegetable 🍅.. i know goal is to take away the 🥩 but it’s like u putting the starch back in.. please help !! Imma just keep watching diff videos.. cause I’m watching them all. 🤔🤷🏽‍♀️

  7. Truly amazing.  I have already made two of the dishes: creamy pasta and cauli steaks, and they are so tasty.  Best vegan meals I have made yet, and the ingredients are so easy to come by.  Will definitely try some more of your recipes.  Thank you.
