Sorry this is SO long & slightly blurry at parts, I tried to edit it down as much as I could from an hour of footage, but didn’t want to cut anything else out. I also want to say I have the BEST viewers, not one of you ever said anything negative/cruel about my weight or gain & I appreciate it a lot as that’s hard to find on the internet!

Just remember if I can do it, you can too! The hardest part is to start, but trust me once you do it gets easier. Your mind will quit before your body does, so keep pushing & you’ll make it! Love & believe in yourself, I believe in all of you!

  1. The concept here of trying different foods to accelerate the metabolism makes sense to me. Otherwise, the body gets used to doing the same tasks over and over again. I believe that when your mind is in the right place, any sensible diet will work.
