  1. I always try to start working out to get my body more in shape and to be more fit but i can never stay motivated. How did you stay motivated and kept yourself pushing forward to the goals you wanted to achieve?

  2. This is the first video I've seen of yours. I've been having a really hard time getting motivated because I always saw my goals as unattainable. You helped me today. Thank you. <3

  7. Preach!! I relate to this so much and am so happy people are coming out and sharing their stories and showing that nobody is perfect even though we put all this praise into people on social media who may appear it. Respect you so much for posting this!!

  8. Do not feel ashamed or scared for saying you started taking birth control in high school because even if someone judges you that is the best decision that you made for your own self even if you then got off of it people are unrealistic thinking that teenagers won’t have sex or shouldn’t be preventing pregnancies. Awesome job tho with your fitness stuff ☺️ I️ just do not like people like that they are my biggest peeve and I️ hate that normal healthy women have to worry about them and have to even think of defending themselves about personal choices like that
