  1. It might be great for losing weight but the ingredients should not all be lumped together but taken at different times. For example the banana and yogurt could be taken in the evening with a teaspoon of honey, the flaxseed, ginger and 1/2 teaspoon of Ceylon cinnamon and the lemon water, drank throughout the day.
