  1. I love the book, Limited Here >>>>t.co/9R003McwkX <<<<<< but took way too long to get. I ordered on Jan 5th and didn't receive it until Feb 9. Thought it came with DVD which order is deceiving as the book states comes with DVD. Have to order that separate but will order from someone different.

For the first time ever, at age 42, I am leaving food on my plate…I tell myself, "I can have more later". I actually stop eating when I am no longer hungry. Sounds simple, but I have never had hunger be the guiding light to my eating. It was for pleasure, or to stuff feelings. I enjoy my food more and eat more slowly. I no longer seek to get as much food as possible in before I make myself stop! No more guilt and shaming!

  7. I've started drinking the apple cider vinegar on Monday, and i'm still trying to get use to the horrible taste. However i will say it definitely cuts your appetite. i take it in the morning before breakfast , have peanuts as a snack and i'm honestly not hungry until dinner time. so that alone makes me want to keep this up. thanks for the video.
