  1. Going to start tomorrow I'm gonna alter my eating but I'm not gonna go on a diet. Im just gonna say no food after 7PM. No Fast food. And no drinks other then green tea and water maybe the occasional milk in my cereal.I will do one set in the morning around 7am and another at around 8pm. I'm 10 years old and a girl :3

  2. Hello everyone.. I have been trying to do this workout. But every time new excuses to avoid it.
    But am starting this workout from today N will keep a track of my weight. M 61.5 kgs now. Will update after every two days.

  3. I Need Advice Ive Been Losing up to 1kg per day but i dont really exercise and i dont really eat but when i do its usually sugary food or salad ?!?!?! Whats going on ive lost 3 kg in 3 days is that healthy ?!?!!?

  4. One think which is very much needed is before starting this you will have to jog for at least half an hour and avoid eating Jung foods if possible do this morning and evening this is very good whole body exercise
