  1. Instead of soakong first and washing .wash it and soak the dhals and dont throw the soaked water can use while grinding so nutrients will be intact. So soak only required amt of water and not excess.
    But surely its a very healthy food and its looking great.thk u

  2. This is wet grinder. It is the main equipment in karnataka's kitchen in all the houses we make idli dosa batter in this. It is must have in south Indian house
