After traveling a bunch this next month, I went out on a quest to find an awesome and challenging fitness/nutrition app that I can use on future trips in the confines of hotels. Here’s what I discovered using 8fit for a week!

  1. Ok, literally meat and cheese are NOT HEALTHY, I mean think about it does milk, (Aka baby cow food which is supposed to make cows gain weight) that has been stripped of the watery stuff and curdled which adds fat seem healthy? Not to mention that chicken is injected with sodium!!! Not healthy at all, but not only does it have that but it is really fattening already, is high in cholesterol. Meat and dairy cause many diseases such as heart disease, cancer, asthma, obesity, cataracts disease, diabetes, arthritis and many more. (the number of diseases that meat and dairy cause is shocking) The reason that you have to cut your calories so low is so your body will starve itself, and really if in this week you lost weight it was water weight, and the weight you lost will come back (and usually plus some) as soon as you start eating like a normal human being.  Also, guess what the information you were reading on the app s sponsored by, THE MEAT AND DAIRY INDUSTRY!!! Does that really seem like the people that we want to get our information from? No, because it is obviously trying to sell product.  What I recommend doing is eating a delicious vegan high in carbs and low in fat, a diet where you eat when you are hungry and stop when you are full (obviously the exercises provided by the app were good)

  2. Hey Im a competitive swimmer that wants to loose weight, I swim 2 hours 4-5 times a day 2 hrs almost every day and I still seem to have a belly been trying to eliminate that but dosnt seem to work and any advice would be perfect.

  3. One of the worst thinks on diet is that you fell hungy. but i use supplement to prevent that and must say it works + even some bodybuilders i know are using it so. and its 1 tablet a day and its like 10€ for 120tabs

  4. Anyone knows if shes doing push-ups the right way at around 5:19? I’m asking because I do them the same way (not the jumpy part) and I heard that flared elbows are wrong form and it should be tucked in?

  5. Great book >>>>> <<<<<< and easy to read! You just need to be prepared mentally and financially…lol It's not cheap to be on this diet, especially when your family eats something else! Still, this was well worth it!! I lost the 20 pounds I wanted to lose in less than 2 months and very minimal exercise! I will always keep this book in case I need to lose more! LOVED IT!
