  1. Im about 15-20 pounds overweight. Im gonna try to listening to this video for 20 as well as other videos including the procrastination video xD i really hope it works, but most importantly, i hope i do it!

  2. I listened to this at bed time. Last thing I remember was taking the last step and being on the beach. I woke up later with the video being over. I fell asleep and somehow didn’t hear him talking through the rest of the video 😳. I will be trying other videos 👍

  3. Hey guys I’m janessa, I started off at 132.2 lbs two days after thanksgiving (11/25) and today is my ninth day. I lost 4 lbs (128 lbs) as of 11/29, but I haven’t weighed myself since. No change in diet other than an increased metabolism and ravishing hunger with no weight gain. I will update.

  5. Dear Michael! I accidentally had this video play in my playlist night before last while I was sleeping along with other sleep music…I woke up and did all my morning chores and when breakfast time came, I wasn't hungry so I didn't eat. then lunchtime came and I wasn't hungry so…you get the picture. In the evening I did end up eating a good meal, and expected to just binge the rest of the evening as I usually do, but…I ate dinner and had a handful of nuts before going to bed and that was it. I was so surprised and didn't understand why I suddenly wasn't as hungry until I got my computer and checked the playlist I had been listening to that night. Found this video. Going to listen a few times a week now to see if I can keep this new mindset…thanks so much for this, and I will check out some of your other vids!

I've listened to this two days in a row now and I keep getting a sensation of floating and not being able to feel my body but it feels like everything is vibrating and i feel a warm aura everywhere on me. I also feel this tingling sensation between my eyebrows as if its buzzing. Then when I wake up I feel relaxed, happy as if I'm in peace and have more knowledge.

  7. Started last night- 1st hypnotic experience! My arms and legs went warm and numb. My heart rate sky rocketed, so I subconsciously told myself to keep going and relax. My eyes started fluttering like crazy but then I just allowed myself to trance and absorbe what I was listening to. Be patient and don’t panic. Just go with it. This morning I woke up and craved water. This was an exciting experience. I will listen to it every night until I reach my 20 lb weight loss goal. (162 lbs now at 5’0”. Want to be 140-142lbs). I will update as often as I can. DO THIS! I recommend it.
