Hi, and welcome to my channel! I’m Sarah! I’m a young mum who lives in New Zealand. On my channel, you will see videos about compassionate living, me and my families vegan lifestyle, travel, life in NZ, plant-based recipes, health and nutrition, vlogs, tips and tricks and hopefully more!

  1. Hey everyone! Today I'm very happy and I want to share it with you all. I was suffering from PCOS for many years. I had disturbed menstrual cycle, severe acne on my face and unnecessary body hair all around. I was very much depressed, that how could I survive with such abnormalities , because this is something which is not normal as it leads infertility which no one wants. This video is splendid and very relaxing. How beautifully you've explained how to lose weight , how to get clear acne, how to have a regular healthy menstrual cycle and much more. I really appreciate our efforts which you always do for people. Now I have hope of fighting which such symptoms and to be a healthy fertile woman.

  2. Hi there. I was unaware of such information. I must say you did a great job to made this video. PCO's is deal with healthy eating. I heard few mutual points in the video at biotexcom. Btw Thanks a bunch. Thankyou or revealing your secretes to us. Take care.

  3. There's a tea I drink for my ovarian cysts. I only have to do treatment for a week every six months. And its natural. 😊 works so well that the first time i used it i got pregnant right away. It's called cuachalalate.
Btw doctors are not allowed to tell you that a plant can treat a disease so there's one reason not to trust em.

  4. That is such a great and informative video. I wish I had watched it 3 years ago. I had PCOS then. I was trying to conceive ut nothing helped. At the end, I had to go for surrogacy in ukraine. That was the best decision in my life. Things worked out for me. I got my baby.

  5. Weight gain is the main issue in this disease. This is becoming very common. Weight gain leads to infertility. This actually forms a triangle. When I had my checkup at a fertility clinic they also advised me such tips. It really proves helpful. Wishing everyone a good luck.

  6. I have pcos, im 14 and I also have gallstones so im on a lowfat diet. I havent lost any weight for the past 3 months, with anything. I keep gaining weight and Ive done everything I can to loose weight. I am depressed and I have bad anxiety. I also have eating problems. Ima picky eater. So I dont like alot of things bc of the taste. I dont eat alot either, I mostly snack. Witch I kinda have too with gallstones bc if I eat a full meal, Im sick. Its gotten worse and I wish I could just loose weight and have no cramps. Im on the pill and its done nothing for me, im honestly done trying. Any other tips and tricks I can do?

  7. My daughter has been high carb low fat vegan for almost 4 years. She just got diagnosed with pcos. She has celiacs too. I really don't get it?? She is more starch based though. Maybe, this is why? Her triglycerides are 312 and cholesterol is good. So, I'm figuring she's eating more then her body can handle. She lives in rice, potatoes and beans. The only thing I can figure is, she needs to eat less, more vegetables, no soy and more fatty acids. Not sure about Tempeh though? Maybe, she needs more fruits too?

  8. Love this!! So helpful. I really agree with what you're saying. Went to a really good doctor once who said, stop the sugar and dairy!! This is the same with joint pain. I learnt this as a Physio, so interesting!!!! Thank you for this Sarah 🙂

  9. Sorry, but I have to disagree with you. My gynechologist prescribed me the pill and it worked, I have no more cysts, I feel good and I have no symptoms. Obviously it didn't cure me, since PCOS has no cure, but it worked completely for me.

  10. This super helpful, and has given me a different insight on how I’m treating my PCOS. I’ve been researching about being a vegan for over a year now, and now knowing that it can help my PCOS makes me so happy. Thank you so much for informing me of this! It really helps me, because what I have been doing hasn’t been working. I love you’re videos and you have given me hope! Thank you again.

  11. Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome and Polycystic Ovaries are two very different things.
You can have polycystic ovaries without the syndrome.

I don't think you have PCOS based on the few symptoms you described.

  12. My wife has PCOS and we Been together 10yrs about know married about 3 years. She takes the metformin it help her lose weight and doc has on birth control to regulate. As of right know we just at point where we are thing about having kids . A full vegan diet is hard to do for any one . I been told for years to always make her low oil and low sugar and clean hole meat from local farm stay away from process meat like beef. That fish ,turkey, pork, are ok
