    my plan : am gping to try to do it every day at least 1 or 2 times and mostly eat melon bananas and Apple's and strawberry and maybe like 1 or 2 junk food cuz am going to miss it lol and drink water

    the first day and 2 day were hard and easy but the 3 third is even more hard and tiring cuz am all sore from the 1 day and 2 day
