  1. Hi, I just purchased your 12 week workout guide, but I'm really confused on how the resistance training works? I know the duration is supposed to be 30-40 minutes long, but am I doing these workouts continuously nonstop for 30 minutes? How many reps do I do? Is there a break in between the reps. And how many sets do I do? I really want to start the workout guide immediately, but I'm confused on the resistance part.
