How To Lose Weight Fast & Easy w/ NO EXERCISE.

PRECAUTIONS:
+ Green Tea can cause slight seizures, although he population that carries this rare symptom is rather less, it is still a duty to advise you on it. Before starting the Greentea/Oolong Tea abby diet, i prefer you have a cup or two and see if another amounts.
+ Green Tea can cause slight dizziness, feelings of vomiting, nausea, headache etc.. if you follow my steps exactly in the video you can very well avoid these symptoms easily. Do not take green tea for granted and drink more cups a day than I said, and do not have it on an empty stomach unless you have tried it once and had no reactions whatsoever (like me) in which cases when your in a rush to head off somewhere, those who can withstand it on an empty stomach, it is ok to do so, but do not do it everyday, and more than once in a day, even if you know you have or CAN handle it due to experience.

161.5cm – 5ft 3inches – grew an inch after weight loss, was 5″2 all my life till 17.

My weight Fluctuates every now and then, Mainly because I am a woman, and we do have weight fluctuations quite frequently, also my body *morph* type is prone to fluctuations.
Iam currently 60-63kgs, but mostly stay at 61 & 62. 63 being the highest in the middle of my monthly’s for the most.

HOW MANY CALORIES SHOULD YOU EAT?
I personally eat 1200 cals a day but thats for my height, This doesn’t apply to everyone as all women come in different shapes and sizes. What i can recommend is for you to find out your BMI and it will calculate everything for you depending on your height. Some people who saw my video got mistaken and assumed I’ve told all women to eat UNDER 1000 Cals, including men. In order to reduce the amount of assumptions i get and unnecessary notification that are rather unimportant as even me making a video falls of def ears to a few tempered humans, i thought of adding this into my description. Type into your “Google Toolbar” for a BMI calculator, and you shall be presented with one online. Also, notice how i said don’t starve yourself. If i would say that, it would be so incoherent to saying to eat under 1000 cals which literally is STARVING YOURSELF.

WHAT DID I SAY AT 11:20-11:25?
I said “SOUP” can fill you Up. (btw soups with creams are Fattening).

Foods That will help you see results in 2 weeks:
Lemon / Lime
Pineapples
Apples
Prunes (After or Before every meal {CAN ALSO BE USED FOR SNACKING).
GreenTea ( For 3 – 4 months [MORNING + LATE AFTERNOON + EVENING] half an hour after every meal.
Oolong Tea / Wulong Tea (After 3 – 4 months). half an hour after every meal.
Honey + Lemon + Hot Water (Before Sleeping).

TIPS & WARNINGS:
Green Tea & Oolong is best from either a traditional Chinese market/store or Walmart.
Do not add too much honey to your prior sleep drink because it can cause heartburn as normal honey does.
Do not Eat over 5 – 6 Prunes a day. It might cause irritation to your bowl movement.
Do not go overboard with Pineapples and Apples just because it helps burn fat. Everything should be eaten in healthy quantities. Fruits can cause uncomfortable bloating or a beautiful gassy BUM!!! hahahaha
Eat frozen yogurt instead of regular Ice cream.

  1. If you have a lot of weight to lose and I mean a lot of weight to lose, I would strongly advise you not to follow this regime. She lost weight without exercise and that's really admirable, but when you lose weight too fast by depriving yourself of calories, it doesn't fix anything. You have to give your body the time to adjust. It interferes with skin elasticity. Maybe she was just lucky enough due to genetics to not have loose skin afterwards or maybe she does. Either way, don't try to lose 40 pounds in just 2 months…go slow. Give your body the time to adjust. Exercising is a pain in the ass, as well as hitting the gym when you're unhealthy and heavy, but it's worth it to become fit rather than just skinny afterwards. Don't just deprive and starve yourself. Eat a lot of protein and try to watch out for refined carbs and also sugar — which contribute to health complications. You're not losing as much fat, but a lot of muscle mass. This is a pretty good diet for people who hate exercise and can't be bothered with it, but the only downside is that a person may go back to their original eating habits or just end up with tremendous amount of loose skin after their initial weight goal. Take the necessary approach, stay motivated, be patient, do your part and your body will slowly adjust. It takes months and years, but at the end, it's worth it rather than trying to quickly jump the gun and go for half assed diets.

  2. Lol I’m in love with Green Tea to I try my hardest to have at least 4 cups a day. Pineapple, Wow I never knew I’m going to go probably get some now. Also I’m so proud you look pretty back then but now you’re beautiful!

    Right now I’m 5ft 4in and 149.6 pounds I’m looking to at least lose 30 pounds and have slimmer legs and a flat belly.
    I’ve been doing the green tea for at least two weeks and my mom was like wow you’ve slimed down I used to weigh 155.6 and with the green tea I’ve went down to 149.6 so I lost 6 pounds which made me so happy!
    I will tell the results of doing this and cutting down my sugar and adding at least one more cup of tea in.
    In about 2 weeks my results will come in.

  5. See, this is my problem. I eat breakfast. Maybe a smoothie with skim milk and fruit or a low calorie egg sandwich. Then I don't eat anything until dinner, which is around 4 pm. I HATE potato chips, I can't stand candy bars (the combination of things in the candy bar makes me gross out) I eat oranges or carrots if I miss dinner. I hate cereal and if Im hungry and haven't eaten I drink 16 oz of milk and that fills me up. I can go all day without eating anything because there are so many foods I hate. I only eat fresh vegetables and when I cook them I bake them or boil them. I hate tea of all kinds but love coffee. I don't eat fast food because I know how it is made and that is just gross. I don't eat cookies because they something I got sick off of one time and haven't touched them since. No lunch meat, no cheese, just fruit and veggies and certain meats and fish. So, why can't I lose weight. I have gained 10 pounds. They say cut sugar, I don't eat sugar don't drink soda, so I just don't know what to do.
