  3. Lost 9 kg in 7 days…extremely happy vicky you rock…I used to replace oats with tomato pumpkin..sometimes with papaya juice..sometimes with coffee and it didn't goes was a great success..THANK YOU vicky..

  5. I have pcod n i wanted to conceive. But for that i had to loose upto 10 to 20 kg minimum . Can i follow ur this diet. N i also wanted to know can pcod person consume oats?
