To have a flat stomach, it is very important to change your diet and exercise more. But not the usual changes. There is a particular method that is very effective.

Contrary to what is found on the internet, do not just do a lot of exercises for abdominals. This method is the most ineffective for losing belly fat.

You have to understand that you can start losing belly fat in as little as a week. It is possible to see a change in such a short time. Keep in mind, however, that fat loss is a process that can take several weeks or months for some. It’s very unlikely to lose 10 pounds and see an extreme transformation in just a week.

Step 1

Eliminate junk food and high calorie foods. Everything you have in your cabinets like chips, cookies, cakes and sweets that are high in sugar, fat, cholesterol and calories should be thrown in the trash.

These foods add little nutritional value to your meals and just make you gain weight and deteriorate your health. So even if you are exercising and you are not eliminating these harmful foods, you will probably only maintain your weight instead of losing weight quickly.

2nd step

Drink more water every day. Do not exaggerate and drink 10 glasses of water. For example, drinking green tea 3 times a day is a good way to support her weight loss while staying hydrated.

Step 3
