This video shares a cleanse I custom created for one of my client’s. IT WORKS. In addition to losing fat you’re also losing waste and water weight…. all of the crud and gunk that’s clinging to your intestines and makes you feel bloated, tired, and blah. This is not a daily thing… this is a once every-other-month-thing. I made a followup video that explains more details about this video.

PS Any link you find in the comments that isn’t made by me is SPAM and is most likely from a licensed and trainer weight loss professional (like me!)

  1. All this stuff has a bunch of carbs . Eating lots of carbs from vegetables u will loose only water from your body. Soon as u will start eating again you will put all back. Plus if you work out you need protein otherwise it’s not gone work. For one or two days maybe it works but after that u will loose your straight to work out. Green tea ? I don’t think so, has caffein . All of this is going-to spike your insulin so the burning fat will slow down.

  2. 😂 I don't even eat bad food only butter croissants, and I eye veggies and fruit and I drink a lot of water, I eat a lot of baked food like hash browns, chips but I always have veggies with it, no wonder I'm still fat..

  3. I was looking for a guide to weight lifting when I came across this 👀 ow.ly/4iNi30hhyNM 👀 . I wish I had read this years ago! I started lifting weights over 10 years ago, and although I did make some progress, I never knew exactly how to lift the right way to get the most out of it. I always did more cardio than lifting and I realized I needed to gain muscle. Women start losing muscle after age 30, so weight lifting is the perfect way to combat that process. This book has solid advice for not only weight lifting but also nutrition- it's not overly complicated and pretty much anyone can follow it if they are motivated. I had to try out a couple of gyms in my area to make sure they had the equipment I needed but I finally found one. I've been doing the program for a little over 2 weeks and I love it so far. I can tell I'm already getting stronger and I'm looking forward to meeting my goals over the next couple of months. I also love how each workout is planned for you and you just need to make sure you know how to do each exercise beforehand. You're way more likely to stick to a program like this than just going on your own, winging it and wondering why you don't get results.

  4. My good friend we’re talking among each other about their diet program and how much weight they had dropped. At first I of course wanted to do this and I have lost a grand overall of 12lbs from the “sowo amazing plan” (Google it). That really was a life changer for me and I feel much healthier.

  5. Hey I'm going to try to do this. Next Friday my older sister is having a party at a water park and I'm not the thinnest but I'm not the fattest. And you don't want to be at a pool party with tons of girls looking fat. I've been trying pro ana but it's to much work because I can barely eat anything so I'm going to try this and I'll try update.
