WATER WATER WATER! and make sure that at the end of every week or so you eat about 1g per pound of body weight in carbs to shock your system. hope this helped some people out. good luck and remember you should not do this diet for more than 2 months or you could mess up your colon. FIBER SUPPLEMENTS! those will really help to keep your colon healthy. but yea do not just read this comment and start the diet. this is only some of the information you need to know before you start a low carb diet. watch some video read some credible papers on the subject or if you can consult with a doctor.
