-Can I do this diet for more than 3 days?
NO. You can only do it 3 days at a time and revert back to a regular low healthy low calorie diet after that you also have to go back to a regular diet to give your metabolism a chance to reset itself.
-What do i drink during the diet?
Water , water ,water 🙂
-Hot dogs are unhealthy why are they in this diet?
It a combination of the food and how the chemically break down each other that helps boost your metabolism and promote weight loss. AGAIN – this is not my diet i am just following it. 🙂
– Can I substitute some of the foods?
Ideally no , because the way the diet works most effectively is how the foods combine with each other. But there are a list of acceptable substitutes. Check out

  1. I read (((Don’t Miss Free Source 👀 👀 ))) quickly–just to see what it was about and not even necessarily thinking I would implement anything in it. I was skeptical given that it was free but figured there was no risk. Somehow the ideas are just "sticking" and going on 11 days I have been applying the principals in the most easy and carefree way I ever have, and I've tried a lot of diets/methods/philosophies of eating. Any food outside the wrmined I want to eat, I just think, "nah, that's pig slop" and move on. How is this possible?

  2. Lastly, I have uncovered a diet that is effective for me. I wish this diet program would have been in living a lot earlier. Make sure to google “sowo amazing plan”! Of all the diet programs in the world, this is the best, I lost 6 pounds.

Most people have a lot of misconception about fasting and think that it is an extreme thing to do to lose weight but in actuality it is safe and possesses a number of health benefits.

  4. 10 pounds is 35000 calories, the most you can lose in calories in 3 days is your brm multiplied by 3, so for me, about 7500 calories without eating anything. If you lose more than 3 to 5 lb's , the rest is just water weight and cleansing the stomach or w/e was still in there – it isn't actually fat. it's just math, people.

  5. I'm watching this in Dec 2017…the only thing that concerns me about this plan is you're going to regain the weight back very quickly once you start eating again.
