  2. You gained weight by eating a lot, so of course it was easy to take it off. If you got fat by eating 1000 calories a day, taking the weight off would have been a lot harder.

  3. Now do one for normal people who aren’t crazy or health nuts, who aren’t anal (or organized) enough to analyze meals, who work multiple jobs and can’t go to some gym a dozen times a week
