» Avocado Chickpea Sandwich
[1 sandwich]
1/4 cup chickpeas
1 tbsp vegan mayonnaise
1/2 avocado
handful sprouts

» Garlic Lemon Pasta
[two servings]
2 garlic cloves
1/4 cup olive oil
sprinkle lemon zest
1-2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
topped with dairy-free cheese & parsley

» Mexican Quinoa
[one serving]
1 cup quinoa
1 tbsp vinegar
2 tsp oil [I used avocado oil]
1/4 cup beans
1/4 cup corn kernels
1 tsp taco seasoning mix
chopped cilantro

Q: Are all products you use vegan?
A: No. Although I eat a vegan diet, not all products I use on a day to day basis are vegan. Therefore I am plant-based with a vegan diet

  1. good basic video . non vegans can;

    add a boiled egg to the sandwich.
    add shredded chicken +sauteed mushrooms carrots etc to the pasta.

  2. I find your videos informative. Sometimes I don't have the patience to listen to people blab or take forever to complete a recipe. I will be recommending your channel to my patients!

  3. I'm so glad that I actually like vegetables and fruit a lot so I don't mind going on a meal plan 👌🏻I don't eat meat a lot.

  4. I'm no meal expert, but a great way to cook avocados is cut it in half and put the egg yolk in the middle with an optional amount of egg whites in the middle and put it in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 350! 🥑 🍳

  6. Also a helpful tip: if you don't want to cook Quinoa ahead of time Trader Joe's has frozen quinoa pouches that you pop in your microwave and it only takes a couple minutes! Super convenient and lasts a long time (:

  7. I wish I likes avocado or chick peas…. but I hate them both. and most of the stuff I have seen and tried used them both 😣

  8. I'm incredibly picky and it's hard to find recipes that I'll actually like but I'm looking forward to trying all of these!
