Coconut Yogurt Recipe From Nutrition Stripped

1 cup full-fat coconut milk
1 cup coconut mean (from about 1 fresh young coconut)
1/4 to 3/4 cup coconut water (use more for thinner yogurt)
4 probiotic capsules, opened and powder empties into a small bowl
Juice of 1 lemon
1 teaspoon honey
pinch of sea salt

In a high-speed blender, combine the coconut milk, coconut meat, coconut water, probiotics, lemon juice, honey, and salt and blend until smooth. Pour into one 16-ounce, two 8-ounce, or four 4-ounce sterile glass jars and seal tightly. Store at room temperature for 24 hours, during which time the yogurt will ferment. After 24 hours, if you’d like to serve the yogurt chilled, refrigerate before serving. Serve with garnished of your choosing. Store leftover yogurt in an airtight glass container in the refrigerator for up to one week.

If you ever need to peel or cut something super hard (cutting the skin off of melon, turnup etc) use a bread knife that is serrated. It's soooo easy and much safer! 😉

  3. Did you post the nutritional info somewhere and I missed it?! I made the green smoothies but had to add more banana and honey to over power the cilantro taste. Very yummy!

  4. You did a video a couple weeks back on Black Friday shopping.. I bought one of the Chicwish items, the long grey open sweater. I love it, but I wouldn’t have ever ordered it or been on that website of it weren’t for your suggestion. Can you make more videos on cute outfits or just basics to wear everyday? I know it’s rather difficult w a large bump but maybe food for thought in future videos later in the year. Now I see you wearing the sweater so casually and it gives me ideas on how I can wear the sweater next 🙂

  5. OMG….watching Kyle open the coconut was hilarious. But I have to tell you I thought he was going to cut himself with that knife. Glad he came out unscathed.

  6. The coconut yogurt looks amazing!! I can't wait to try it!!  I like watching videos anytime I have a free couple of minutes, but Sunday nights are a good time I think!!
