Ingredient list
For Sugar Syrup
1 1/2 cup Sugar
1 cup Water
1/4 tsp Cardamom powder
1 tsp Lemon Juice
2 drops of Rose Essence
For Gulab Jamuns
1/2 cup non fat Milk Powder
1 tbsp Clarified Butter / Desi Ghee
1 tbsp fine sooji
1 tbsp Maida
2 tbsp Milk + 2 tsp if needed
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Lemon Juice

  7. I luv gulab jamuns.. But mine will never ever turn out good.. Yesterday I made them they were cracked n hard from outside.. Today I tried ur recipe. I went to kitchen with great energy n came back very upset.. Gulab jamuns were normal in color when fried..but after dipped in syrup they became v v dark from outside as well as from inside.. V V disappointed 😥 I used formula milk.. Is that OK??
    My 5 months old daughter gonna kill me if she saw me using her milk..
