  2. IMHO Green tea is that 1% of the proverb which says "99% perspiration and 1% inspiration [healthy version of the proverb 😉 ]".
    When someone takes a conscious decision abt drinking Green tea that's when he/she is actually concerned abt health and its a first step. That's the inspiration part. Now to be really healthy one should be monitoring things like calories, sugar intake, exercise, time of eating food, sleep etc…Now this part is the actual catch, which is really tough to keep, which makes you healthy, hence the Perspiration part :).

    Otherwise Green tea is just a placebo for any Lazy person.

  3. What i think is that green tea can show results when we stop drinking our masala chai which is loaded with lots of sugar so! we should use green tea in place of our normal masala chai to have decent results 🙂

  4. Hey tarun this is Aurangzeb from Islamabad Pakistan. I really am addicted to your content. It explains the practicality of what fitness and bodybuilding truly is rather than the fake things other fitness experts have to say. Just one thing I wanted to ask? I have put on good weight in the past year which has resulted in attaining some body fat. What should I do in order to reduce it in terms of my exercise as well as diet. I don't cheat with my diet and neither skip my workout but still can't reduce it. Please explain. Thanks

  6. I've only been taking the product for 5 days and have so far lost 3 pounds. I am taking Weight loss green store tea . I have not experienced any side effects. I have noticed that I am not nearly as hungry and that my portions are way smaller, simply because I'm not very hungry.
