  1. I never understood why so many chefs throw in garlic, thyme etc. without peeling, with the yucky hard or papery outsides that you don't want to eat. Can't imagine it adds to the flavors and it would ruin my eating experience if I found it on my plate or in my mouth. And then he actually puts the unpeeled garlic on top of the dish at the end :S I don't understand.

  2. I'm pretty damn positive that if he was served the one that was in 6:23 on kitchen nightmares. He would have said " Oh my gosh…..Dreadful….ugh….terrible…..absolutely drenched in grease….ugh….awful"

  3. Teflon pans do not transfer heat as fast or hot as stainless…. or cast iron. i would not use a teflon pan. but im no gordon ramsey….
