Hey…dates are extremely high in sugar not suitable for regular consumption… secondly no skinny guy can't gain 10 kg any how think before u say…u r recommending wrong food idiot weight gain takes time building new tissues is not a fast process for body it takes time,and weight increases through high complex carb diet and medium simple carbs u r misguiding people…
