Lemon Chicken

This is a delicious chicken meal so that you can prepare in the home. The lemon sauce is fresh and tangy and somehow I always turn out eating too much :-).

It has a bit to arrange and is not any type of thing you would like to cook nightly of the week.

However, it really is worth the effort.

I usually help it become once in a very while to be a special meal for my better half. And it always similar great.

<b>Fortunate Lemon Chicken</b>

4 whole boneless chicken breasts, skin off
½ cup cornstarch (corn flour)
3 tbls water
4 egg yolks – gently beaten
salt, pepper – to taste
shallots – chopped

Lemon Sauce
½ cup lemon juice
Two tsp powdered chicken stock
2 tbls cornstarch (corn flour)
2 tbls honey
2½ tbls brown sugar
1 tsp grated ginger
1¾ cups water

Fortunate Lemon Chicken

For the sauce, combine all of the ingredients within a saucepan and stir more than a low heat until it boils after which thickens.

Cut the chicken fillets into 3-4 pieces. Lay flat and pound slightly using a mallet or any other heavy object.

Place cornstarch in the bowl and slowly add the stream, and after that add the slightly beaten egg Lemon Chicken yolks. Next add salt and pepper want.

Dip the chicken pieces into this batter and make sure you drain well.

Place several pieces with the battered chicken at any given time, into deep herbal and fry until lightly browned.

Drain on absorbent paper.

Slice chicken further if need be.

Arrange on plates of freshly cooked Lemon Chicken white rice. Sprinkle with shallots and spoon over hot lemon sauce.
