  2. anwesha like u I'm a big fan of rujuta,I have her books abt the diet Wht she her written, even groundnuts r best dear,ya almonds skin shld b removed bcz skin causes some kidney problems, let's all try to b fit and stop going to doctors,……love u make more videos like this.
