Omelets, or Omelettes are a major part of everyone’s life. This easy & wholesome dish is easy to make and is filling. Today, I’m showing an eggless omelet recipe, which is equally easy, tasty and filling. The best part, it tastes almost similar. This light & fluffy no-egg omelet takes 5 minutes to make, and is much lighter than besan ka cheela ๐Ÿ™‚

Ingredients:
Besan / Gram Flour – 1 cup
Baking Powder – 1 tsp
Maida / Plain Flour – 1/3 cup
Salt – 1 tsp
Water – as required
Oil – as required
Onions, Coriander Leaves, Green Chili – as desired

  2. Try using Black Salt as that will make the Omelet taste like Egg. Also you can use Rice Milk and not the water. Hope this helps. Cheers.!

  4. I managed to make this using eggs, it was great. Thanks. Also I pulled in the edges and swirled the egg around to build it up and make it all folded and fluffy. Wonderful.
