I like watching your "other than food" videos and was wondering if you posted the "other" topics on a certain day, so people who only want to watch food videos can choose to ignore that particular day. Just a thought. I notice some people will do 2 minute Tuesday or you could do Watch Your Weight Wednesday – cheesy I know, but just a thought cause I may not go to your other channels cause I see this channel pop up on my radar more than others. I'm following cause you're the first vegan to say you're doing it the McDougall way and I need to follow this way for fibromyalgia issues and your recipes are easier to follow. Thanks for doing a great job!

  3. Thanks for the meal ideas! I'll just reduce the portions and add some nut butters or nut creams or avocado or low omega 6 oils to bump up the fat as well as some legumes to bump up the protein for me. 🙂
