  1. Dr Berg I am on this diet for 3 days/ no snacks having 2 meals, but don’t sleep at night: I don’t know why!!! And today is third day, normally I am low blood sugar but today I have headache and when I stand up I’m dizzy /: could I know why please🙏 and thank you so much in advance( I kind of like this diet, do I have to stop or what thank you again

  2. but what happens once you lose all of the weight and start eating your normal 3-5 meals a day? those meals will have a decent amount of carbs, bread , rice , etc and also more protein. so wouldn't that make you re gain the weight because your body is used to two meals a day and not eating for 20 hours and going back to how you normally eat (healthy eating-not all the junk all the time) would be different and more to what you're eating now?

  3. I have severe headaches all day when I sleep for 7-8 hours. My best sleep lerion is 5-6. I know its bad, but what can I do? I am a student, and now have a break, but still sleep 5-6 hours to not get headaches the next day..help

  7. Hi.. i have thyroid and my tsh level was 192 last time when i checked. So basically my metabolism is pretty messed up!! I eat healthy but I'm gaining a lot weight !! Please advice what should i do ????

  8. As of day 11/12/17 i am 61 kilo , my height is 1.64 cm. I start fasting 12 hours and only eating 2 times a day. One meal and fruit and nuts inbetween. I sometimes have turkish or greek yoghurt whit honey. Also i start doing 20 home workout. Will update my result in a month.
