You don’t have to sacrifice great taste to become good in your heart. There are plenty of flavorful, nutritious foods-fresh vegetables, beans and several tasty oils that provide a satisfyingly natural strategy to boost heart health.

A healthier diet doesn’t require that you just give up fats entirely. You just need to limit a few of the “bad” fats, particularly saturated fats. Trans fats, seen in most commercial baked goods and take-out, raise cholesterol level, while other sorts of fat may be right for your heart simply because of raise “good” cholesterol.

One white onion, sliced into rings

One green pepper, seeded and sliced into rings

1/2 cup canola oil

1/2 cup white vinegar

1/4 cup granulated sugar

One tsp dried mustard

One bean, minced

One tsp dried tarragon

One tsp dried basil, crumbled

Strain and rinse green beans, yellow beans, black beans and corn. Mix in a substantial bowl.
