  1. I'm curious to know. After taking the frozen "sushi rice log" out of the freezer, what process did you use to de-thaw it? I assume leaving it in a cooler or walk in over night would do the job?

  2. I really love your videos but if you haven't already, please do some time out of your day to research blue fin tuna and their steep decline into extinction 🙁

  3. I was wondering, how long can I store this rice logs in the freezer? Does the taste changes? I wrapped the logs in plastic wrap (as you showed), then put them in a freezer bag.

  4. 블루핀, 좋은 재로로 뭐든 만들면좋아요..
    레스토랑의 레시피.. ㄱㅅ합니다만… 일반인에게는 비추
    이렇게 하려면 사서 드시는게 추천..

  5. After eating these in the best restaurant of Geneva (Switzerland) i felt like I needed this recipe in my life hah but also disappointed because i thought it was unique and that the recipe was created by the chefs there so i am really glad that I found it so i can reproduce it, thank you sooooooo much for sharing it

  6. Hey I was wondering… Why don't you actually film the part where you eat what you have cooked? That way we can visualise and I'd also say see you (hopefully) enjoy the recipes. As if it were reviews of your own recipes. I personally would love to see not only the preperations but also the whole experience.
Great job and keep up the good work 😉

  7. Aw, you are my favorite sushi cook on Youtube.
An hour after I watches your first videos, I was certain beyond a shadow of a doubt, that I can do what you taught me. I understand there is a learning curve, but F*** it – Now I'm obsessed.
(also, I served sushi at two different restaurants, so at least I've been around it quite a bit)

Thank you so much for your videos, and please keep 'em coming!

Sidenote: Also, I love that you actually link the items on your website to Amazon. It tells me that you've chosen them for quality, and not price because you wanna get rich.

  8. θέλω…… τα βλέπω και μου τρέχουνε τα σάλια! i wish i could eat it all! they look oishi!😊
