  1. I don't get it…. it's a bacon egg and cheeser with more steps and a spread…. I thought the brioche bun was what really stood that sandwich apart…. mean, I guess I'll try the chipotle ketchup stuff… I guess…

For those of you who aren't keen on ketchup in a breakfast sandwich there are two ways to go with out if you want just a little bit of extra flavour, since seeing this recipe I've been experimenting with different condiments and my personal favourites are the classic Eggslut Siracha mayo which is just a 3:1 ratio of Siracha and mayo, find your own ratio though for preferences, or a slightly more faithful to this sandwich recipe is a chipotle mayo which is the same ratio as the Siracha mayo, but with a squeeze of lime juice, I'd recommend getting your own condiment bottles and making these up in bulk because they're very moorish sauces that you'll end up putting on every sandwich you make.
